How do i download a product ?
I purchased a product and didnt receive an order confirmation or other emails ?

How do i download a product ?
The download of a multimedia product can be done following these simple steps:
1. Find the product you wish to download by searching or browsing through the categories listed on the left side
2. Click on the button 'Buy Now' on the product description page
3. Enter your email address and a user defined password
Hint : Use the same email address and password which you specified on previous orders
This will provide an order history on the download page
4. Click on the button 'Go To Payment'
5. Follow the instructions and fill out the required information
6. When the payment is complete, you will see your order confirmation - Your order is now complete
7. Click on the Download Pane button at top right and submit your specified email address and password
8. You will now see links to the downloadable files for the product you just bought
9. Download and enjoy !
I purchased a product and didnt receive an order confirmation or other emails ?
We have experienced that certain mail providers will block our emails assuming they are spam.
We have had incidents with hotmail and AOL accounts.
There is no reason to worry. If the payment has gone through your order is ready for download.
Log on to the download page with your email address and password and download your order
How good is the quality for low/medium/high
The multimedia products containing Video have 3 qualities: Low/Medium/High.
The resolution/compression method/etc has been carefully chosen out to create a fine balance between size and quality.
The resolutions are specified below:
Low Quality : 320 x 240 pixels
Medium Quality : 352 x 264 pixels
High Quality : 384 x 288 pixels
Note: To obtain the best video quality, ensure that you are using the newest version of Windows Media Player.
I did not download and now my order is expired. What do I do ?
If you did not download or did not download the file completely and the order expired, then please send us an email with your order information.
We will then reopen your order so you have time to download it.

Please include your order information, such as order number, email, password and question.
Please note, that we will not reopen orders that have been downloaded successfully.
When I try to download the file name is 'downloadfile'
There are some browsers that will not specify the correct file name when downloading. If you experience during download that the filename is set to 'downloadfile', please rename it to a user defined name with the extension '.wmv'.
Example with Internet Explorer (Windows):
If you are downloading product 'Purpose of Life 1':
1. Click on the link on your download page
2. A File download dialog box will pop up. Click on 'Save' button.
3. A 'Save As' dialog box will pop up
4. Remove the filename 'downloadfile' and enter 'PurposeOfLife1.wmv'
5. Click ok and wait for download to complete
When I try to download the file name is 'downloadfile' and I used a download accelerator
Download accelerators such as getRight are not supported. Please disable download accelerators when downloading.
When I try to download I get a blank page
Ensure that the order is not expired and the download count has not been exceeded. Please go to the download page and recheck the order status and the file download count.
I receive an error when i try to download
Ensure that you are running the newest version and servicepack of Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox. This MultiMedia Center has been extensively tested on both browsers.
Other browsers suchs as Opera, etc. are not supported.
Can I copy the DVDs I download ?
You may burn the downloaded DVD onto a CD or DVD media for your own usage. You may NOT copy any product downloaded from the MultiMedia Center
and distribute to any other person who has not purchased this product. For details on this, please see Copying DVDs.
We can provide additional discount if you are purchasing "free" downloads in bulk for other people.
